1. Course Terms

• By joining, you agree to attend all lessons. Or Liber may postpone lessons if needed, but all lessons will be delivered.

• In case of military reserve service, the course may be paused and resumed afterward.

• Course fees are non-refundable after a lesson has taken place. Refunds for unused lessons will deduct any transaction fees.

• Workbook purchase is required. Access to lessons depends on owning the workbook.

• Students are responsible for their devices and internet connection.

• Terms may be updated; students will be notified of major changes.

2. Subscription-Based Access
2.1. Our services operate on a subscription-based model, requiring a monthly payment for access to online lessons.
2.2. Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to our digital content.
2.3. You must purchase the designated workbook to access and utilize the lessons. Failure to acquire the required workbook constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of access.
2.4. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of the workbook is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright violation.

3. One-on-One Lessons
3.1. Clients who choose to pay for one-on-one lessons with Or Liber agree to schedule lessons in advance.
3.2. A lesson may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
3.3. If a lesson is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, Or Liber reserves the right to charge for the lesson in full.
3.4. Payment for one-on-one lessons must be made two months in advance according to the agreed terms between the client and Or Liber.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
4.1. All content, including videos, texts, and materials provided through the subscription and one-on-one lessons, is the intellectual property of "Biblical

5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Subscription-based clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for partial months.
5.2. Refunds for one-on-one lessons will only be considered under special circumstances and at Or Liber's discretion.

5. Responsibility
5.1. Or Liber undertakes to do his best so that students will achieve the goals of the courses. Although Or Liber does not guarantee that every student will succeed in achieving these goals, he is not responsible for the results that the student reaches.
